Furthermore, being part of the TotalAV antivirus software makes Safe Browsing VPN an attractive choice for those emphasizing security. Connecting to public Wi-Fi hotspots becomes less of a concern, allowing you to take back control of your online privacy.

ClearVPN asserts a stringent no-log policy, emphasizing that they neither collect, store, nor share any details about your online activities, including your IP address.
Upon examining the privacy policy, it was noted that ClearVPN gathers certain information with your explicit consent. This encompasses device specifics (like operating system, device name, and language), your country (via IP), data transmission details, connection type, and cellular network information. Additionally, there are anonymous VPN connection diagnostics and crash reports, providing diagnostic data about VPN connection attempts, speed tests, and crash incidents—all without any personally identifiable information. ClearVPN maintains that these details are solely used to optimize VPN server selection and uphold service quality.
In terms of security, ClearVPN employs Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS), directing internet traffic through multiple servers concurrently.
